Information from Discord: user ID, username, avatar, server membership, and other data Discord shares with us through OAuth or bot permissions. We do not collect your Discord email through normal bot usage.

Submission data: answers submitted through forms you create, which are stored so your server staff can review them.

Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar log data used for security, debugging, and analytics.

You provide data when you log in, configure forms, publish panels, use the dashboard, or contact support.

We collect automatic data through cookies, session tokens, and server logs when you browse formify.pro.

Discord provides data when you authorize the bot or sign in to the dashboard.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may remain longer for convenience and security.

Formify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us through our support server and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you.

To make a request, contact us through our Discord support server. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
