This policy applies to your use of our website and Services. Discord (sign-in, the bot, and optional Premium purchases in Discord's store) is a third-party service with its own privacy practices, which we do not control.

By using Formify, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

Information you provide: account details when you sign in (via Discord OAuth), server configuration, form settings, and support messages.

Information from Discord: user ID, username, avatar, server membership, roles (where permitted), and other data Discord shares with us through OAuth or bot permissions. We do not collect your Discord email through normal bot usage.

Discord Premium billing: if you buy Premium through Discord's store, we receive entitlement or subscription identifiers, SKU or product identifiers, guild ID, and active or expiry status so we can grant or revoke Premium on the correct server. We do not receive your payment card or wallet details from Discord; Discord processes payment.

Submission data: answers submitted through forms you create, which are stored so your server staff can review them.

Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar log data used for security, debugging, and analytics.

You provide data when you log in, configure forms, publish panels, use the dashboard, or contact support.

We collect automatic data through cookies, session tokens, and server logs when you browse formify.pro.

Discord provides data when you authorize the bot or sign in to the dashboard.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may remain longer for convenience and security.

Provide and improve the Services, including form delivery, ticket features, and dashboard functionality.

Authenticate users and protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Verify Premium status with Stripe and Discord, including syncing entitlements or subscriptions to the correct Discord server.

Communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests.

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with service providers who help us host, secure, or operate the Services (for example hosting, databases, payment processors, or analytics), under confidentiality obligations.

We may send Discord the identifiers needed to confirm guild subscriptions or entitlements (such as application, user, guild, SKU, or entitlement IDs) when verifying Premium purchased through Discord's store.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data you provide to Stripe.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Form submissions are visible to authorized staff in the Discord servers where those forms are used, according to the permissions configured by server administrators.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Server admins may delete forms and related data through the dashboard where available.

Formify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us through our support server and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you.

To make a request, contact us through our Discord support server. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you access Formify from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer where permitted by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
