Terms of Service

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on formify.pro unless stated otherwise. If you continue using the Services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and be at least 13 years old to use Formify. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to use Formify only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not abuse, disrupt, or harm the Services, other users, or Discord.

You are responsible for how your server uses Formify, including forms you create, roles assigned, messages sent, and data collected from your members.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using Formify, you also agree to our Privacy Policy at formify.pro/privacy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formify and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

We are not responsible for bugs, viruses, third-party actions, or issues caused by Discord, your server configuration, or misuse of the bot.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to one U.S. dollar ($1.00) or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Formify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your server's use of Formify, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Sections that should reasonably survive termination (including limitations of liability and indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Formify regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements on the same subject.
